It was my honor to make my first trip to the D-Day memorials and U.S. National Cemetary at Normandy; to place a flower. My wife Sandy and I visited on August 24, 2017 and noticed so many flowers placed on the markers of those Stars of David that are sprinkled throughout the Cemetary.
